Stars, Stripes, & Spokes: Sunrise 4th of July Bike Ride 2024

The spirit of Independence Day rolled through Sunrise Master Planned Community on two wheels at this years annual 4th of July Community Bike Ride! Residents of all ages came together on Thursday, July 4th for a vibrant bike parade, showcasing their red, white, and blue pride.

The morning kicked off at The North Rim (15602 134th Ave E), where a sea of festively decorated bikes lined up. From classic tricycles to decked-out cruisers, our residential creativity was on full display. As the clock struck eleven, the parade commenced, led by the community's fire department, filling the streets with cheers and patriotic flair. It was truly a sight to see as the masses came together throughout our neighborhoods, showcasing the wonderful place we call home and the American spirit that unites us.

After finishing the route in the hot Puyallup, South Hill heat, everyone enjoyed well-deserved refreshments, cooling down with popsicles and receiving goodie bags to commemorate the event.

The Sunrise 4th of July Bike Parade is a beloved tradition that we have proudly hosted for years. It’s a day that embodies community spirit and patriotism. Mark your calendars for next year – we can't wait to continue this cherished tradition with you!
